Abstract

ملخص: يعد الاتصال الداخلي عنصر مهم وفعال في المؤسسة الإعلامية ومنها الإذاعة، وذلك لما له من انعكاس وتأثير ايجابي على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي للأفراد العاملين بها، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاتصال الداخلي داخل إذاعة الاغواط الجهوية وعلاقته بالرضا الوظيفي بإذاعة الاغواط نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة التسليط الضوء على موضوع الاتصال الداخلي ودوره في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين بإذاعة الاغواط ، حيث اتخذنا إذاعة لإجراء دراستنا الميدانية هذا وقد وظفنا المنهج الوصفي كونه يساعد على وصف مختلف الوظائف والأدوار التي يؤديها الاتصال الداخلي وإبراز مدى فعاليته في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي، إلى جانب ذلك اعتمدنا في جمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالموضوع محل الدراسة على الاستمارة . الكلمات المفتاحية: اتصال داخلي ، الرضا الوظيفي ، الإذاعة . Summary: Internal communication is an important and effective element in the media institution, including radio, because of its positive impact and impact on the level of job satisfaction of individuals working in it. This study aimed to identify internal communication within Laghouat Regional Radio and its relationship to job satisfaction with Laghouat Radio. Through this study, we seek to shed light on Shedding light on the subject of internal communication and its role in achieving job satisfaction for employees of Radio Laghouat, where we took a radio station to conduct our field study.
