Abstract
This study was aimed to reveal the level of psychological security and job performance in
order to identify the nature of the relationship between them, and to know if there were
differences statistically at the level of significance (0.05) in the psychological security and
job performance of the workers of the National Fund for Social Security CNAS due to the
variables (sex, & seniority), which two measurement tools have been relied upon: a tool
for psychological security and a tool for job performance, which was distributed to a
random of 30 individuals from the sample population, relying on the descriptive correlative
approach for its suitability to our study. After subjecting the results to SPSS statistical
treatment, the following results were obtained:
* The level of psychological security among the respondents is low
* The level of job performance among the respondents is high.
* There are no statistically significant differences in psychological security among a
sample of CNAS workers due to the gender variable.
* There are no statistically significant differences in psychological security among a
sample of CNAS workers due to the seniority variable..
* There are no statistically significant differences in job performance among a sample of
CNAS workers due to the gender variable.
* There are statistically significant differences in job performance among a sample of
CNAS workers due to the seniority variable.
* There is a correlation between psychological security and job performance in a sample of
CNAS workers.
According to the results reached by the two students, the study concluded with a
conclusion and recommended a set of recommendations.
