Abstract

ممخص الد ا رسة : أصبحت الرقمنة موضوعا بالغ الأىمية وتحتؿ دو ا ر حيويا في مختمؼ المؤسسات لمساىمتيا في تحقيؽ الأداء وليا أىمية بالغة تكمف في تحسيف ظروؼ العمؿ التي تساى في تحسيف عممية الاتصاؿ التنظيمي بشكؿ كبير حيث تساعد عمى المحافظة عمى البقاء والاستم ا ررية وتوفير الوقت وكسب الجيد وكذا التقميؿ في أوقات العمؿ والمساىمة في تحسيف الأداء. ىدفت د ارستنا إلى التعرؼ عمى استخدامات الرقمنة التي يتبعيا القائميف عمى التسيير الإداري في مؤسسة اتصالات الج ا زئر بولاية الأغواط قد انطمقت مف التساؤؿ الرئيسي التالي : كيؼ تساى الرقمنة في تحسيف عممية الاتصاؿ التنظيمي بمؤسسة اتصالات الج ا زئر بالأغواط؟ والإجابة عف ىذا التساؤؿ استخدمنا المنيج الوصفي والعينة القصدية، وبعد عممية جمع البيانات وشرحيا وتحميميا توصمنا إلى النتائج التالية: - أف الرقمنة ساعدت في تحسيف ظروؼ العمؿ الإدارية. - تساعد الرقمنة في مؤسسة اتصالات الج ا زئر بولاية الأغواط، عمى التحسيف مف عممية الاتصاؿ التنظيمي. - الرقمنة حفزت الاتصاؿ التنظيمي في مؤسسة اتصالات الج ا زئر بولاية الأغواط . الكممات المفتاحية: الاتصاؿ الاتصاؿ التنظيمي الرقمنة - - Abstract : Digitization has become a very important topic and occupies a vital role in various institutions for its contribution to achieving performance and its great importance lies in improving working conditions that contribute to significantly improving the organizational communication process as it helps to maintain survival and continuity and save time and effort as well as reduce working hours and contribute to improving performance. Our study aimed to identify the uses of digitization followed by those in charge of administrative management in the Algerian Telecom Corporation in the state of Laghouat. It was based on the following main question: How does digitization contribute to improving the organizational communication process in the Algerian Telecom Corporation in Laghouat? To answer this question, we used the descriptive approach and the intentional sample, and after the process of collecting, explaining and analyzing data, we reached the following results: - Digitization helped improve administrative working conditions. - Digitization helps in the Algerian Telecom Corporation in the state of Laghouat to improve the organizational communication process. - Digitization has stimulated organizational communication in the Algerian Telecommunications Corporation in the state of Laghouat..
