Abstract

The aim of the current study is to identify the relationship between professional decision making and motivation of achievement in a sample of second year students, master of educational psychology and guidance at the University of Laghouat for the academic year 2017/2018. In addition to know the differences in both professional decision making and motivation achievement, year 2017/2018This variable isonly for second year master students for this year, and 90 individuals were selected as sample for the study in the simple random sampling method. In this study two tools were used:The Professional Decision Scale for the "Spring" (2001),And a pay scale for children and adults Armanz "Arabization" Farouk Abdel-Fattah Musa (1981). The statistical methods adopted in the study relied on a system (Spss), which has applied the following statistical methods: Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, T test The results of the study declared: The existence of a statistically significant relationship between decision making and motivation of achievement in a sample of second year students, Master of Educational Psychology and Guidance Guidance at Laghouat University, at the statistical significance level (0.05). • There were no differences between males and females in decision making in a sample of second year students, master of educational psychology and guidance at the University of Laghouat, at the level of statistical significance (0.05). • There are differences between the subjects of educational psychology and guidance in decision-making among a sample of second-year students master of educational psychology and guidance at the University of Laghouat, at the level of statistical significance (0.05). • There are no differences between males and females in the motivation of achievement in a sample of second students of the master of educational psychology and guidance at the University of Laghouat, at the level of statistical significance (0.05). • There are differences between the subjects of educational psychology, and guidance in the motivation of achievement in a sample of second year students master of educational psychology and guidance at the University of Laghouat, at the level of statistical significance (0.05).decision-making, professional decision-making.Achievement motivation
