Abstract
This study aims to measure and analyze the effects of internal communication on resisting
change among workers of the National Fund for Social Insurance Agency for workers to
proceed with lugs. The elements of the study were identified with an independent internal
communication variable in its three dimensions: (the effectiveness of the performance of
workers, improving communication channels between workers and heads, strengthening the
relationship between workers and heads), the medieval variable represented in the quality of
the information, and a variable of resistance to change.
To achieve the objectives of the study, its questionnaire was developed for the purpose of
collecting information and data from the study sample, which numbered 49, where the
modeling method was used with structural rates and the use of the (Smart Pls3) program
with the aim of studying the various relationships between the studied variables and
identifying direct and indirect effects of the variable The independent of the follower in the
presence of an intermediate variable between them.
The study concluded that there is a statistically indicative effect of internal communication on
resisting change among workers in the National Fund for Social Insurance Agency in
lAghouat at the moral level (0.05), and that it has been affiliated with 64% of this impact
indirectly through the quality of the information, and the study also summarized, to The
presence of statistically significant differences at the level of morale and the same variables
of the study model for personal data for members of the studied sample, which is:

The study recommends the officials of the Laghouat Agency, the National Fund for Social
Insurance of Workers, the procedure, setting effective communication channels between the
departments, providing support and providing appropriate material conditions for work in the
institution in order to reduce the resistance of change among workers.
