dc.description.abstractThis study aims to investigate the role of modern communication technologies in enhancing the performance of secondary school teachers by examining their interest in relying on modern communication technology and the impact of its use on them. A total of 25 questionnaires were distributed to a sample of secondary school teachers at Abu Bakr Al-Haj aIssa Secondary School in laghouat < Algiers. The analysis reveals that teachers show a significant interest in using modern technology in the teaching process, which can be attributed to various changes and circumstances affecting their work. The use of modern technology is considered essential for education, but there are challenges related to limited access to technology among students. Teachers possess the necessary qualifications to utilize technology, and there is variation between genders regarding their interest in this reliance.
