Abstract
The study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational culture and
organizational development in the Social Security Corporation - Laghouat - in
order to know the extent to which both organizational values and organizational
structure contribute to increasing organizational development in the institution.
The study population consisted of 185 workers, while the study sample
consisted of 50 workers in the Social Security Institution, and to achieve the goal
of the study, the descriptive approach was relied on, and we relied in this study
on the questionnaire to collect the study data, a questionnaire consisting of
three axes was designed, and 50 questionnaires were distributed and 45 of
them were retrieved 5 empty and not studyable, as these data were entered
into the SPSS program and processed to produce the results.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which were:
The existence of a relationship between organizational culture and
organizational development.
The organizational values of the institution contribute to the further
organizational development of the Social Security Corporation of
Laghouat.
The organizational structure contributes to the further organizational
development of the Social Security Corporation of Laghouat.
Employees of the Social Security Corporation participate in proposing and
bringing about appropriate development in the organization, as their role
includes participating in development events and implementation.
The material and service working conditions are one of the most
important means of helping to further development.
The nature and type of communication within the organization has a role
in increasing the effectiveness of the institution and developing the skills
of its employees.
