Abstract

In order to avoid the failure of projects by young people (students), which has several reasons, the most important of which are the characteristics of the contractor, the entrepreneurial spirit and poor management, here the study aimed to know the extent to which the characteristics of the contractor affect the entrepreneurial spirit, and the study included a sample of 51 students from the first master and second master levels In the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences, the SPSS22 program was used to analyze the results. We found through this study that there is no statistically significant effect between the personal variables (gender, age, university level, university major) and the entrepreneurial spirit. This indicates a strong relationship between the two variables.
