Abstract

This study aimed to identify the level of occupational safety among the workers of the maintenance directorate Sonatrach Laghouat, and we have relied on the exploratory approach and to answer the questions of the study we used a questionnaire consisting of 28 items depending on the study of the student Nawar Magda entitled the effectiveness of occupational health and safety procedures and after confirming its psychometric properties was applied to a sample consisting of 20 workers from the maintenance directorate Sonatrach and after analyzing the data in the statistical program spss19 the study reached The following results: - The level of occupational safety among the workers of the Sonatrach Laghouat Maintenance Directorate is high. - There are no differences in the level of occupational safety due to the age variable. - There are no differences in the level of occupational safety attributed to the experience variable. - There are no differences in the level of occupational safety due to the seniority variable.
