Abstract

Through this study we tried to highlight the impact of training on improving human resources in the company. And after having presented the theoretical framework of the subject and through the use of questionnaires, as a methodological tool, we processed and analyzed the given by statistical tests. we serve as a conclusion and on the basis of the results obtained, the study shows the existence of a weak impact relationship between training and improvement of the performance of human resources in the company to which we made our practical training, such results are entirely compatible with reality..
