Abstract
The study aimed at revealing the type of attitudes of university
professors toward supervising the exams at the Faculty of Humanities and
Social Sciences in Ammar Thaliji University in Laghouat, as well as
identifying the differences in trends through the variables (gender and work
characteristics), based on the descriptive method to reach the results,
Distribution of the questionnaire prepared by the researchers, consisting of
(22) sample, and applied to the non-random sample selected by chance of (70)
university professors, and the results of the study is:
-Attitudes of university professors The sample of the study to supervise
examinations was positive.
-There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of university
professors. The study sample for the supervision exams was attributed to the
gender variable (male and female).
-There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the
university professors. The sample of the study is related to the supervision of the
