Abstract

ـملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الى الكشفعن تداعيات مؤتمر الصومام حيث حرصت فرنسا على التحكم بمصير الشعب الجزائري والهيمنة على الميزانية الدولة الجزائريةفقد استعملت السلطات الاستعمارية كل الاساليب الدينية من اجل الاستحواذ على المؤسسات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية كما اعتمدت على سياسية التجهيل للقضاء على الثقافة العربية الاسلامية فقد قرر قادة الدول الكبرى عقد مؤتمر دولي تكون ميزته الهدنة والصلح و انبثاق نظام الأمن الجماعي وتعقد فيه معاهدات الصلح مع الدول المنهزمة ،حيث سنرى كيف كانت نتائج مؤتمر الصلح وموقف فرنسا ورد فعلها منه. StudySummary: The study aimed to reveal the repercussions of the Somma Conference, where France was keen to control the fate of the Algerian people and dominate the Algerian state budget, the colonial authorities used all religious methods in order to acquire economic and social institutions and also relied on the policy of ignorance to eliminate the Arab-Islamic culture, the leaders of the major countries decided to hold an international conference whose advantage would be truce and reconciliation and the emergence of a collective security system in which peace treaties were held with the defeated countries, where we will see how the results of the conference were Peace and France's position and reaction to it.
