Abstract
This study aimed to find out the relationship between the prevailing organizational
communication and job performance among the workers of Sonelgaz in Laghouat, through a set
of demographic factors (gender, seniority) and to achieve the objective of the study we used the
descriptive approach on a sample of (48) workers, two measures were used (organizational
communication, and job performance), then we processed the information collected using the
statistical package program for the social sciences (SPSS).
We have reached the following results:
There is a statistically significant correlation between organizational communication and job
performance among the study sample at Sonelgaz in Laghouat.
1 The level of organizational communication among Sonelgaz workers is high.
2- The level of job performance of Sonelgaz workers is low.
3- There are statistically significant differences in organizational communication among the
study sample due to the seniority variable.
4 There are statistically significant differences in organizational communication among the
study sample due to the seniority variable.
5 There are statistically significant differences in the job performance of the study sample due
to the gender variable.
6 There are statistically significant differences in the job performance of the study sample due
to the seniority variable.
