Abstract

This study aimed to identify a relationship between self-esteem and family adjustment among primary school female teachers in Laghouat, Where the study sample consisted of 40 female teachers, they were chosen in an intentional manner. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and the study tools were a self-esteem questionnaire by Cooper Smith, translated by Farouk Abdel Hamid, and a questionnaire for family compatibility by Mohamed Abdel Hamid, and the results were analyzed using the spss statistical analysis program. The most important findings of the researcher were: - There is a high level of self-esteem among female teachers - A high level of family compatibility among female teachers - There is a statistically significant correlation between self-esteem and family harmony among primary school teachers.
