Abstract

The current study deals with the issue of psychological burnout, and it's relationships to jop performance among secondary education teachers. AT ABI BAKR.AL HAJ ISSA high school during the academic season 2023/2024. - The study aims to find out the relationships between psychological burnout and performance among secondary education teachers AT.Abi Bakr AL Haj Issa high school. - The tools were applied in their final form on a random sample consisting of 30 individuals distributed in Ab Bakr AL Haj Issa high school in laghouat . - And after collecting and tabulated the data ,it was processed using the Spss program and the study reached the following results : - there is no statistically -significant correlation between burnout and job performance among secondary education teachers. - there is high level of burnout among secondary education teachers. - there are no statistically significant differences in psychological burnout due to the gender variable among secondary education teachers. - there are no statistically significant differences in job performance due to the variable of specialization among secondary education teachers. - there are no statistically significant differences in job performance due to the Rank variable of secondary education teachers.
