Abstract

This study aimed to determine the extent of the availability of certain interior components which contribute to the establishment of the environmental management system in economic entreprises, in which these researched components are identified in: environmental culture, )material/ financial/ human / technological( resources, and work training in environment. Since the entreprises, which are under study, did not adopt environmental management system yet, so it has been studied the extent of its interests in the environmental management by applying certain practices of the environmental management through specific dimensions identified in: safe and clean production, environmental impact and environmental costs, supply network management, discharge of tailings and effluent and technology used, and environmental disclosure. To achieve this objective, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the data, and to distribute on the study sample on 9 economic entreprises operating in Djelfa which randomly selected, and using the statistical package of sociology SPSS 25, in which the credibility and the consistency of questionnaire have been benchmarked by the right statistical tools and methods for analysing the data then testing hypotheses of the study. The study's results demonstrated that there are no interior design (environmental culture/resources/ work training in environment) for economic entreprises as study sample, and these entreprises don't adopt practices of the environmental management. The study concluded with suggestions and recommendations to encourage economic entreprises to establish this system and to use its benefits and to keep up with the developments.
