دور الإذاعات المحلية في معالجة قضايا ذو الهمم دراسة حالة إذاعة الجزائر من الاغواط

Abstract

تهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على طبيعة الدور الذي تؤديه إذاعة الأغواط المحلية في معالجة قضايا ذوي الهمم، ومدى إسهام برامجها في توعية المجتمع المحلي وتعزيز إدماج ذوي الهمم اجتماعيا، وتم الانطلاق من الإشكالية التالية: إلى أي مدى تسهم الإذاعات المحلية في معالجة قضايا ذوي الهمم، وما طبيعة المعالجة الإعلامية التي تقدمها لهذه القضايا؟، معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي وأداة جمع البيانات المقابلة التي جرت مع منشط برنامج آمال وهمم وتم التوصل الى أن الإذاعة المحلية بالأغواط تؤدي دورا مهما في معالجة قضايا ذوي الهمم عبر برنامج “آمال وهمم”، حيث تسعى إلى رفع الوعي المجتمعي، نقل الانشغالات، والتعريف بالخدمات والمراكز، إلى جانب إبراز المواهب والقدرات بهدف تغيير الصورة النمطية عن ذوي الهمم. Abstract: This study aims to identify the role played by Laghouat Local Radio in addressing the issues of people with disabilities and to examine the extent to which its programs contribute to raising community awareness and promoting their social inclusion. The study was based on the following research question: To what extent do local radio stations contribute to addressing the issues of people with disabilities, and what is the nature of the media coverage they provide for these issues? The study adopted the descriptive approach and relied on the interview as the data collection tool, conducted with the presenter of the program Amal wa Himam ("Hope and Determination"). The findings revealed that Laghouat Local Radio plays a significant role in addressing the issues of people with disabilities through the program Amal wa Himam. The program seeks to raise public awareness, convey the concerns of people with disabilities, introduce available services and specialized centers, and highlight their talents and abilities with the aim of changing stereotypical perceptions and promoting their integration into society.
