Abstract
This study is entitled: “Organizational Justice and Its Impact on Job Stability: A
Case Study of the Algerian Water Company in Laghouat.” It was based on the following
main question: Is there a relationship between organizational justice and job stability?
In general, the study aims to identify the impact of organizational justice on job stability,
while highlighting distributive justice and its relationship with job stability. The
importance of this study lies in its attempt to identify the relationship between
organizational and distributive justice and job stability.
The study relied on the descriptive analytical method as the most appropriate
approach for the nature of the topic, since it helps describe the studied phenomenon and
analyze its relationship with other variables without interfering with them. A questionnaire
was used as the main data collection tool from a purposive sample consisting of 50 male
and female employees belonging to different branches of the Algerian Water Company in
the province of Laghouat.
The study reached the following results:
There is a relationship between distributive justice and job stability in the Algerian
Water Company in Laghouat Province.
There is a relationship between interactional justice and job stability in the Algerian
Water Company in Laghouat Province.
