ملخص بالعربية: تتناول هذه المذكرة الدور المركزي الذي اطلعت إليه وزارة التسليح والاتصالات العامة في إطار الثورة الجزائرية ضد الاستعمار الفرنسي ،خاصة في مرحلتها الأخيرة ما بين سنتي 1961و1962م،فقد جاءت هذه المؤسسة كثمرة لتطور التنظيم الثوري ،حيث شعرت قيادة جبهة التحرير الوطني والحكومة المؤقتة للجمهورية الجزائرية بالحاجة إلى جهاز فعال يتولى مهام التسليح والاستخبارات والاتصال ،في سياق تصاعد التحديات العسكرية والسياسية ،فتأسست الوزارة رسميا سنة 1961متحت قيادة المجاهد عبد الحفيظ بوصوف ،الذي يعد من أبرز مهندسي العمل الاستخباراتي الجزائري . Abstract: This memorandum examines and analyzes the central role played by the Ministry of Armaments and General Communications within the Algerian Revolution against French colonialism, particularly during its final phase between 1961 and 1962. This institution emerged as a result of the evolution of the revolutionary organization, as the leadership of the National Liberation Front and the Provisional Government of the Algerian Republic felt the need for an effective apparatus to undertake armament, intelligence, and communications tasks in the context of escalating military and political challenges. The ministry was officially established in 1961 under the leadership of Mujahid Abdelhafid Boussouf, considered one of the most prominent architects of Algerian intelligence work
