ترجيحات الشيخ محمد الامير المالكي من خلال شرحه على المجموع الفقهي

Abstract

ملخص المذكرة: البحث بعنوان: ترجيحات الشيخ محمد الأمير المالكي من خلال شرحه على المجموع الفقهي "كتاب الصلاة أنموذجا"، قسمنا هذا البحث إلى مقدمة وفصلين وخاتمة، فالمقدمة عناصرها معلومة، وبعدها جعلنا الفصل الأول لدراسة ترجمة الشيخ الأمير والتعريف بمجموعه الفقهي وشروحه والحواشي عليه بحيث استوى على مبحثين؛ فالأول: ترجمنا فيه للشيخ الأمير، والثاني: عرّفنا فيه بالمجموع وشرحه والحواشي عليه. وأما الفصل الثاني جعلناه لدراسة تطبيقية لأهم ترجيحات الشيخ الأمير من خلال كتابه المجموع وشرحه "كتاب الصلاة أنموذجا" مقارنة بينه وبين مختصر الشيخ خليل، وبعد الخوض في المقارنة بين الكتابين السالف ذكرهما و أهم الشروح عليهما، أفردنا مطلباً خاص تناولنا فيه ست مسائل فقهية من كتاب الصلاة، وفي الأخير تضمنت الخاتمة أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

The research Is entitled: The preferences of Sheikh Muhammad al-Amir al-Maliki through his explanation of the jurisprudential collection “The Book of Prayer as a Model.” We divided this research into an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. The elements of the introduction are known, and then we made the first chapter to study the translation of Sheikh al-Amir and introduce his jurisprudential collection, its explanations, and footnotes to it, so that it consisted of two sections. ; The first: We translated it by Sheikh Al-Amir, and the second: We introduced the collection, its explanation, and footnotes to it. As for the second chapter, we devoted it to an applied study by comparing Al-Majmu’ and the summary of Sheikh Khalil, and explaining the most important interpretations of Sheikh Al-Amir through his book Al-Majmu’ and his explanation of “The Book of Prayer as a Model,” where we separated it in a special topic in which we dealt with six jurisprudential issues from the Book of Prayer, and in the end the conclusion includes the most important results and recommendations.
