Abstract

Islam is a comprehensive religion for all aspects, it taught the life of a boy and the rights and duties that his guardian must do. The study concluded that theIslamic sharia regulatedالإسلام دين شامل لكل الجوانب، فقد درس حياة الصبي وبين ما يجب عليه من حقوق وعلى وليه من واجبات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشريعة الإسلامية ضبطت تصرفات الصبي في باب العبادات والمعاملات، ومذهب المالكية جعل له مندوبات ومكروهات ليتقيد بها خلال تعاملاته، دون إفراط ولا تفريط.
