المعالجة الاعلامية لقضايا فساد المسؤولين السياسيين

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل كيفية معالجة جريدة "الشروق أون لاين" لقضايا الفساد التي تطال المسؤولين السياسيين في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة شكل ومضمون المضامين الإعلامية ذات الصلة، وتحليل الفئات الصحفية والقوالب والأساليب المستخدمة، وكذا نوعية المصادر والفاعلين الحاضرين في الخطاب الإعلامي. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج تحليل المضمون الكمي والكيفي لعيّنة من الأخبار المنشورة خلال فترة محددة، وتم تصنيفها وفق فئات شكلية وموضوعية. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الجريدة تُولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا لقضايا الفساد السياسي، إذ تحتل هذه المواضيع واجهة الموقع بنسبة عالية، إلا أن المعالجة ظلت محصورة في القالب الإخباري، مع ضعف واضح في التناول التحليلي والاستقصائي. كما كشفت الدراسة هيمنة الجانب القضائي والأمني على تغطية الفساد، والتركيز على رموز السلطة العليا، مقابل تهميش الأسباب البنيوية والاجتماعية للفساد. وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى محدودية التعدد في المصادر والفاعلين، وهيمنة الرواية الرسمية، ما يُضعف من وظيفة الصحافة في التفسير والنقد، ويجعلها أداة نقل أكثر منها فاعلًا ناقدًا. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز التعدد في القوالب الصحفية، والانفتاح على المصادر المستقلة، والاستعانة بالخبراء، مع تطوير المعالجة الاستقصائية التي تعالج الظاهرة في عمقها البنيوي والسياسي والاجتماعي. الكلمات المفتاحية : الفساد السياسي، المعالجة الإعلامية، جريدة الشروق أون لاين، الصحافة الإلكترونية.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze how Echorouk Online, one of Algeria’s leading electronic newspapers, handles the issue of political corruption involving senior officials. The research focuses on both the structural and thematic dimensions of media content related to corruption cases, particularly the journalistic forms, styles, sources, and actors represented in the discourse. Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative content analysis, the study examined a sample of news articles published within a specific period. The findings revealed that Echorouk Online places significant emphasis on political corruption, often featuring it prominently on the website’s homepage. However, the coverage is largely limited to brief news formats, with a noticeable lack of analytical or investigative journalism. Moreover, the study highlighted the dominance of judicial and security-related aspects in corruption coverage, with an overwhelming focus on high-ranking political and business figures. Structural causes of corruption and its institutional contexts were largely overlooked. The reliance on official sources and the limited use of independent reporting further undermines the depth and critical capacity of the media. In conclusion, the study calls for a more diverse journalistic approach, greater reliance on independent and expert sources, and the development of investigative journalism to enhance the media's role in accountability and public enlightenment.
