Abstract

The study aimed to hilight the impact of the risks of job alienation and job insecurity on job performance at the Sonelgaz company in Laghouat. In order to achieve the objectives of this study a the model was developed according to the problematic based on the previous studies, The questionnaire was used to collect data, is distributed to a sample consisting 382 items. The statistical programs spss26- and smar-pls3 were used to test hypotheses, the results showed a significant negative impact of both job alienation and job insecurity on job performance, embodied in the following dimensions: social isolation and self-alienation, and job instability, in addition, the job alienation has a mediating role in the relationship between them . The study also hilight that there were statistically significant differences in the sample members’ attitudes towards alienation from work due to the educational level and job title, as well as in the sample members’ attitudes towards job insecurity due to the educational level, and in the sample members’ attitudes towards job performance due to the nature of the work contract. The study recommended the necessity of paying attention to the psychological aspect of the worker by encouraging him to complete his tasks, praising him, offering him expressions of thanks, involving him in decision-making, and justice in distributing incentives and compensation.
