ملخص الدراسة:

بالتطرق الى الاشكالية المطروحة ما مدى مساهمة العملية الاتصالية في كسب الرضا الوظيفي لدى المؤمنين بالصندوق الولائي للتأمينات الاجتماعية بالأغواط؟ هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور الاتصال في كسب الرضا الوظيفي لدى الموظف، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لإبراز أهم النتائج المتعلقة بمحاور الدراسة وهي كالآتي: *للاتصال الفعال دور أساسي في الرضا الوظيفي داخل المؤسسة. *كلما سهلت عملية وصول المعلومات والحصول عليها كلما ساعد على الرضا الوظيفي. الكلمات المفتاحية: فاعلية الاتصال – الرضا الوظيفي.

In addressing the problem at hand, what is the extent of the contribution of the communication process in gaining job satisfaction among the believers in the State Fund for Social Insurance in Laghouat? The study aimed to identify the role of communication in gaining job satisfaction for the employee, and the study relied on the descriptive approach to highlight the most important results related to the axes of the study, which are as follows: * Effective communication has a fundamental role in job satisfaction within the organization. * The easier the process of accessing and obtaining information, the more it helps in job satisfaction.
