Abstract

تعالج ىذه المذكرة أثر القكاعد الأصكلية المتعمقة بصيغ التكميؼ عمى التفسير الفقيي للئما القرطبي مف خلبؿ كتابو الجامع لأحكا القرآف د ا رسة تطبيقية في سكرة النكر حيث تعرفنا عمى العلبمة المشيكر بتفسيره الإما القرطبي كتطرقنا لد ا رسة كجيزة ليذا الكتاب, كتعرفنا عمى ماىية القكاعد المتعمقة بالتكميؼ كأجرينا د ا رسة عمى جزء منو حيث قمنا باستنباط تمؾ القكاعد منيا كبينا مدل تأثر ىذا التفسير بيا. Abstract: This note deals with the impact of the fundamentalist rules related to the forms of assignment on the jurisprudential interpretation of Imam Al-Qurtubi through his book The Collector of the provisions of the Qur'an, an applied study in Surat Al-Nur, where we got to know the famous scholar Al-Nahrir with the interpretation of Imam Al-Qurtubi and we touched on a brief study of this book and we learned about what the rules related to assignment and we conducted a study on part of it where we deduced those rules from them and showed the extent to which this interpretation is affected by them
