Abstract

الحمد لله رب العالمين، جعل التفاضل في كل شيء، فخلق الخلق و جعل التمايز بينهم، فجعل أفضل البقاع بيته وخير الأنبياء خاتمه و خير الشهور شهره، وخير الكتب كتابه و فرقانه. اصطفى من الملائكة رسلا و من الناس، و جعل أهل العلم ورثة للأنبياء، ينفون عن الدين و الإسلام تحريف الغالين و انتحال المبطلين و تأويل الجاهلين. و من أجل العلوم الموصلة إلى معرفة الحق و تطبيق النصوص المشرعة للخلق علم الفقه، فإذا ما اعتز ذو علم بعلم فعلم الفقه أولى بالاعت ا زز. و كما كان علم الفقه مبني على الاجتهاد بعقول البشر، و هم من طبعهم الخطأ و النسيان و التدارك، كانت أقوالهم و أفعالهم يصحح بعضها بعضا، إما بالزيادة أو التقويم أو الاستد ا رك،و لهذا جاء موضوع مذكرتنا الموسومة بعنوان:" استد ا ركات الشيخ عبد الرحمن بن ناصر السعدي على فقهاء الحنابلة كتاب الصلاة أنموذجا، لنيل شهادة الماستر في العلوم الإسلامية تخصص: الفقه المقارن و أصوله، - – نموذجا على هذا التقويم و الاستد ا رك على أقوال مضت سواءا في هذا المذهب أو في مذاهب أخرى، وهذا بالرجوع إلى ضوابط التقويم أو الاستد ا رك، و قد اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على المنهج التاريخي من خلال المرور على حياة الشيخ عليه رحمة الله و التعريف بمذهبه من خلال حياته أو سيرته الذاتية. ثم اعتمدنا على المنهج الاستق ا رئي و ذلك من خلال تتبع المسائل المستدرك عليها في الكتب التي أشارت على ذلك. و خلال د ا رستنا لهذا الموضوع لم نقف على د ا رسة مستقلة للاستد ا ركات الفقهية و إنما ذكرت في بعض الكتب كحاشية على الروض المربع بشرح ا زد المستقنع للبهوتي التي سماها بن عثيمين بالمختا ا رت الجلية، و يجد بنا هنا الإشارة أن هنالك بعض الد ا رسات التي عنيت بالشيخ عبد الرحمن السعدي منها: فقه الشيخ عبد الرحمن السعدي لعبد الله بن الطيار. - منهج الشيخ عبد الرحمن السعدي في تفسيره )تيسير الكريم الرحمن..( للطالب ناصر العبد )ماجيستر(. - قواعد الترجيح بالنص القرآني للطالب عبد الباسط بابا عربي، بجامعة الوادي. - و كان قبل هذه الد ا رسات الخاصة عن الشيخ السعدي كتابات في موضوع الاستد ا رك الفقهي عموما، كاستد ا ركات أمنا عائشة رضي الله عنها على الصحابة للزركشي و د ا رسات أخرى. و كان الغرض من هذه الد ا رسة أو تناول هذا الموضوع الأهمية البالغة، وهذا موضوع تخصصنا و لقلة التطرق له، و الذي له فائدة عظمى، و لعل من أهم الفوائد التي توصلنا إليها:Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, He made differentiation in everything, so He created the Creator and made distinction between them, so He made the best of places his house, the best of the prophets his seal, the best of months his month, and the best of books his book and its difference.
