| dc.description | The current study aimed to determine the level of cognitive competence of physical education and sports teachers and their role in the selection of talents in the framework of school sports, as well as to find out whether there is a relationship between their cognitive competencies in physical education. the study sample included 42 teachers in the intermediate stage who were selected randomly, and we relied in its study on a data collection tool (cognitive competency questionnaire), and we used a set of statistical methods (study sample test, standard deviation, Alpha cronbach coefficient), and the results of the study showed that teachers have a great possession of cognitive competencies in this study, and they also have positive trends towards talent selection Through this study, we found a relationship between teachers ' cognitive competencies and how to select talents within the framework of school sports. | |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الد ا رسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى الكفاية المعرفية لأساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية ودورها في إنتقاء المواهب في اطار الرياضة المدرسية وكذا معرفة ما إذا كانت هنالك علاقة بين كفاياتهم المعرفية في التربية البدنية ، و شملت عينة الد ا رسة 42 معلما في الطور المتوسط تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، واعتم دنا في د ا رستها على أد ا ة لجمع البيانات )استبيان الكفايات المعرفية(، واستعملنا مجموعة من الأسالي ب ا لحصائية )اختبار عينة الد ا رسة، الانح ا رف المعياري، معامل ألفا كرونباخ (، وأظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة أن المعلمين لهم امتلاك كبير للكفايات المعرفية في هذه الد ا رسة، كما أن لهم اتجاهات إيجابية نحو انتقاء المواهب الرياضية، وتوص لنا من خلال هذه الد ا رسة وجود علاقة بين كف ايات المعلمين المعرفية كيفية انتقاء المواهب في اطار الرياضة المدرسية . | |
