Abstract

E-management is one of the most important and exhausting strategies in operationalizing and running university institutions and public facilities, bringing management closer to customers and improving the service, And the transformations that this project has brought about in terms of public services are what led us to the end of traditional administration, The e-management model provides a lot of opportunities for success, clarity, accuracy and quality in service delivery and transaction delivery and thus represents a qualitative shift in the facilitation and delivery of the services, Although there are many shortcomings and obstacles to this approach in Algeria's administration in general and university institutions in particular. Through our research, we have tried to highlight the importance of electronic management of university institutions and their role in improving their functioning as a modern subject and keeping pace with current events.
