Initiation au BIM et ses techniques dans le calcul des structures

Abstract

The construction shows a productivity delay compared to the industry. To remedy this, the world of construction is implementing the BIM (Building Information Modeling) process. It is based on the use of a 3D digital model, reproduction of the building, containing all the information necessary for its realization BIM is a process that must touch the project at all stages, from design to operation to execution. However, it is difficult to claim to do BIM in maintenance of a building without perfectly mastering the BIM in the design and execution phase. This study aims at putting a first initiative whose objective is to give the main techniques of use of the BIM process for the modeling, the dimensioning and the drawing up for the projects of building in reinforced concrete in the different phases of achievement. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to prepare a BIM digital model as well as an associated support template, this model can help the designers during the design of the project. In this way, the resulting model can be fully exploited for structural and mechanical studies ... We used BIM technology to model a structure Ss + RDC + 7 floor and this study allowed us to use two software that uses BIM technology, such as, Autodesk Revit 2017 for the modeling of the structure and the realization execution drawings, and Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis 2018 for the analysis and dimensioning of the various structural elements, finally a CAD software are used (AutoCAD Structural Detailing 2015) to realize the execution drawings. The analysis of the vertical stability consists in designing the inner and outer slabs, the columns and the raft. To that end, The calculations have been based on the Algerian design codes , The horizontal stability is provided by the reinforced-concrete bracing walls. A seismic analysis, based on the replacement forces method and on the response spectrum analysis method, leads to the determination of the loading forces in the walls
