فاعلية رقمنة ادارة الغرفة الفلاحية بالاغواط من جهة نظر الجمهور الخارجي

Abstract

الدراسة باللغة العربية تهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن واقع رأي الموال اتجاه رقمنة الغرفة الفلاحية ودورها في تسهيل استصدار بطاقة موال بمدينة الأغواط، والوقوف على أهم التحديات والمعيقات التي تقف عائقا أمام الموالين في ممارسة نشاطه المهني، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: -التساؤل العام: -ما رأي الموال في رقمنة الغرفة الفلاحية بالأغواط؟ -التساؤلات الجزئية: - هل تحقق رقمنة الغرفة الفلاحية في تحديد الموال الحقيقي؟ -هل تساهم رقمنة الغرفة الفلاحية في تحقيق رضا الموال؟ وللإجابة عليها قمنا بإجراء دراسة على مستوى مؤسسة الاتصالات الجزائر في الفترة الممتدة بين أفريل إلى غاية من سنة 2024 مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي، وباستعمال تقنية المقابلة التي وزعناها على 20موال للإجابة على أسئلة الاستمارة لنستخلص في الأخير النتائج التالية: - رقمنة الغرفة الفلاحية تساهم بشكل كبير في تحقيق رضا الموالين من خلال تحسين الخدمات، وتعزيز الشفافية، وتقليل التكاليف، وتحسين كفاءة العمل، وتعزيز الثقة، وتحفيز المشاركة، ودعم التنمية الزراعية. الكلمات المفتاحية : الرقمنة ، الغرفة الفلاحية ،الجمهور الخارجي (الموال) Summary of the study in English This study aims to reveal the reality of the opinion of the loyalist towards the digitization of the Chamber of Agriculture and its role in facilitating the issuance of a Mawal card in the city of Laghouat, and to identify the most important challenges and obstacles that stand in the way of loyalists in practicing their professional activity, by answering the following questions: -General questioning: What does the Mawal think about the digitization of the Chamber of Agriculture in Laghouat? -Partial questions: - Does the digitization of the Chamber of Agriculture achieve the identification of real money? Does the digitization of the Chamber of Agriculture contribute to the satisfaction of the loyalist? To answer them, we conducted a study at the level of the Algerian Telecommunications Corporation in the period from April to 2024 using the descriptive approach, and using the interview technique that we distributed to 20 loyalists to answer the questionnaire questions, to finally draw the following results: - The digitization of the Chamber of Agriculture contributes significantly to the satisfaction of loyalists by improving services, enhancing transparency, reducing costs, improving work efficiency, enhancing confidence, stimulating participation, and supporting agricultural development.
