Abstract
The study aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between personality style and anxiety
among primary education teachers, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the Eysenck
scale, translated by Ahmed Mohamed Abdel-Khalek in 1991, and Taylor's anxiety scale,
translated by Mustafa Fahmy and Mohamed Ahmed Ghaly, were applied to a sample of (30)
primary teachers in the state of lapses, and the following
results were reached:
- There is a statistically significant correlation between the extraverted personality style
according to Hans Eysenck and the anxiety response
- There is a statistically significant correlation between the introverted personality style
according to Hans Eysenck and the anxiety response
- The level of anxiety among a sample of primary education teachers is high
- There are statistically significant differences in anxiety due to the gender
