Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of administrative control on the level of job
performance of Sonelgaz workers, by highlighting the control of workers and evaluating their
performance and highlighting the impact of administrative control on the increase or decrease
in the level of performance, where the researchers conducted their study on a sample that
included a sample of Sonelgaz workers (Resources Department Human Resources) Laghouat,
adopting the descriptive approach, by distributing questionnaires to the workers and
conducting an interview with the workers of the Human Resources Department, in order to
enrich the topic and support it more, and the percentages (%) and T-Tast test were used as
statistical means to analyze the results of the study.
Finally, the researchers reached the validity of the proposed hypotheses, as they
confirmed that control has a place in the workers’ role, in addition to that the applied control
method affects the job performance of the frameworks of the institution’s workers’ roles.
Therefore, the researchers recommended the need to form specialized committees entrusted
with the task of designing the control structure, its organizations, and its procedures. And
supervising its application and making it understandable and clear by the administrators, as
well as the need to develop a supervisory method that is more motivating to workers, as well
as educating workers about the importance of administrative control as an important element
of successful and effective management.
