تقييم المخاطر المينية بالمؤسسة االستشفائية العقيد لطفي باألغواط

Abstract

ىدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن المخاطر المينية المحيطة بالعاممين وتحديد مستويات خطورتيا وأكثر المخاطر التي يتعرض ليا ممرضو المؤسسة االستشفائية العقيد لطفي باألغواط )المختمط(، و الكشف عمى جودة تدابير السالمة والصحة المينية، ومعرفة الفروق في إدراك المخاطر المينية لدى ممرضي المؤسسات االستشفائية باختالف الجنس، األقدمية والمصالح الطبية، وبعد استخدام المنيج الوصفي االستكشافي وتوزيع االستبيان عمى عينة مكونة من 82 ممرض تم اختيارىم بطريقة عشوائية عرضية، والمعالجة االحصائية لبيانات الدراسة واالستعانة ببرنامج spss تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - مستوى المخاطر المينية بالمؤسسة االستشفائية العقيد لطفي باألغواط مرتفع . - مستوى االلتزام باإلجراءات الوقائية والتدابير التنظيمية بالمؤسسة االستشفائية العقيد لطفي باألغواط منخفض. - أكثر المخاطر التي يتعرض ليا العاممين بالمؤسسة االستشفائية العقيد لطفي باألغواط ىي المخاطر جسمية – عضمية والمخاطر النفسية - اجتماعية . - ال يختمف إدراك المخاطر المينية لدى ممرضي المؤسسة االستشفائية العقيد لطفي باألغواط باختالف الجنس أو المصالح الطبية . - يختمف إدراك المخاطر المينية البيئية والنفسية اجتماعية لدى ممرضي المؤسسة االستشفائية العقيد لطفي باختالف األقدمية

The current study aimed to reveal the occupational risks surrounding workers and to determine the levels of their danger and the most risks to which the nurses of the hospital are exposed to in the mixed hospital colonel lotfi in laghouat , inspection of the quality of occupational safety and the health measures ,and knowing the differences in the awareness of occupational risks among nurses of different hospital institutions of different gender, seniority and medical interests, and after using descriptive exploratory method and questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 82 nurses were randomly selected ,and statistical treatment of the study data and using the spss program, the following results were obtained . - The level of occupational risks in the hospital institution colonel lotfi in Laghouat is high - The level of commitment to preventive and organizational measures in the hospital institution colonel lotfi in laghouat is low - The most common risks to which workers in the hospital institution colonel lotfi in laghouat are exposed are physical muscular and psychosocial risks - The perception of occupational risks among the hospital nurses colonel lotfi in laghouat does not differ according to different gender or medical services - The perception of occupational environmental and psychosocial risks among hospital nurses colonel lotfi varies according to seniority
