dc.description.abstractIn this work the structural, magnetic and electronic properties of dilute magnets were studied Zn1-xCoxO semiconductors for the ratios x= 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1 of the cubic structural phase, using the all-electrons total latency method for linear plane waves (FP-LAPW). ) within the framework of density function theory (DFT) included in wie2K software, by generalized gradient approximation (GGA-WC) with a Becke–Johnson exchange potential approximation modified by Tran–Blaha. (TB-mBJ) Finally, the most important main results of the simulations that we obtained from this work were extracted and we analyzed and compared them with the experimental results.
