Abstract

The study aimed to reveal levels of security and most importantly, its dimensions and the nature of the relationship in job performance and psychological security, and the questionnaire was used for each of the variables of psychological security and performance. Analytical. The following results have been reached: 1- There are statistically significant differences in the performance variable of Sonelgaz workers due to the age variable. 2- There are statistically significant differences in the performance of Sonelgaz attributed to the educational level variable. 3- There are statistically significant differences in the performance of Sonelgaz due to the variable of social status. And the results of the study were interpreted based on previous studies and the theoretical aspect of the study, as well as some personal variables (age, marital status), which are the reason for the existence or absence of a relationship between psychological security and job performance among the workers of the Sonelgaz Company in Laghouat. key words: - Psychological security - job p
