Study Summary

Islam has established legislations that enabled society to live a life of justice and equality in terms of duties and commands. Among these legislations, which had a direct impact on the economic conditions of individuals and groups, is the imposition of zakat. This noble act of worship is considered a pillar of the religion and a fundamental building block. Its various rulings have been extensively detailed to understand how to convey the rulings and intentions of Sharia, making them accessible to different people's understanding, clarifying the scholars' objectives, and highlighting the significant efforts made in this unparalleled endeavor. Among these notable figures is Sheikh Zaid Al-Khair Mabrouk, the author of the AlfiyyaAlfikhia, whose book on zakat was the focus of our study to comprehend the rulings of Sharia.
