Abstract

هذه دراسة لنماذج من اختيارات القاضي عبد الوهاب من خلال كتابه المعونة تضمنت ترجمة للشيخ تعريف لكتاب المعونة، وبالاختيارات الفقهية - وما يدل على اختيار الشيخ ونماذج من اختياراته، في باب البيوع، منها خيار المجلس، وبيع المصرات وباب الاستبراء في شراء الأمة، وباب ربا الفضل، وباب بيع رطب بالتمر، وباب العرية.

الملخص بالإنجليزية: This is a study of examples of the choices made by Judge Abd al-Wahhabthroughhis book Al-Ma’unah. It included a translation by the Sheikh of a definition of the book Al-Ma’unah, and the jurisprudential choices - and what indicates the Sheikh’s choice and examples of his choices, in the chapter on sales, including the council’s option, the sale of muirat, the chapter on Istibra’ in purchasing a nation, and the chapter on usury of credit. Chapter on selling fresh dates with dates, and Chapter on Ghuriya.
