سان لوسيان و سياسته في تونس و المغرب 1921-1933م

Abstract

ملخص: إن الأوضاع التي سادت في تونس والمغرب وفشل ملوكها في المحافظة عليها بإبرام عدة اتفاقيات ومعاهدات ، كمعاهدة باردو في تونس واتفاقية فاس بالمغرب هي المسبب الرئيسي الذي جعلهم تحت سيطرة الحماية الفرنسية وانتهاجها السياسات القمعية في جميع المجالات من خلال المقمين العامين الذي مثلوا فرنسا بهذه البلدان ، ومن أبرز سياستها التي انتهجها كانت على يد المقيم "سان لوسيان" في فترة 1921 إلى 1933 .

Abstract : The conditions That prevailed in Tunisia and Morocco and the dawn of the monarchy in preserving them by concluding several agreements and treaties ,such as the Bardo TreatyinTunisia and the Fez Agreements in Morocco ,are the main reason that put them under the control of French policy in all fields through the general residents who represented France in these countries.
