Abstract

الملخص بالعربية: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور أحد رجال الفكر والإصلاح في العالم الإسلامي هو المفتي الحنفي الجزائري ابن العنابي في مجال الثقافة، السياسة، الإصلاح ومقاومة الاستعمار الفرنسي وذلك بالتطرق إلى سيرته الذاتية من حيث مولده ونشأته وتكوينه العلمي والفكري، ودوره في الإتاء والقضاء، ومن ثم جهوده الإصلاحية السياسية، والعسكرية، والثقافية، انتهاءا بدور ابن العنابي في مقاومة مشاريع الاحتلال الفرنسي، وذلك للإجابة على الإشكالية المتعلقة بالدور الذي لعبه هذا العالم والمفكر الجزائري الفذ في مقاومته للإحتلال الفرنسي؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: ابن العنابي، الإصلاح، المقاومة، القضاء، الإفتاء.
