Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور صفحة أخبار الأغواط في مرافقة البرامج التنموية للولاية، ومعرفة أهم البرامج التنموية التي تطرح عبر صفحة أخبار الأغواط، معرفة مدى مصداقية الأخبار التي تنشر في صفحة أخبار الأغواط لدى المجتمع الأغواطي، كشف دور صفحة أخبار الأغواط في مرافقة البرامج التنموية في مدينة الأغواط. وكانت إشكالية دراستنا تتمحور حول: ما هو دور الصفحات الإخبارية عبر الفيسبوك (صفحة أخبار الأغواط) في مرافقة البرامج التنموية في مدينة الأغواط؟ وكان المنهج المناسب لهذه الدراسة هو: المنهج الوصفي، ويتمثل مجتمع دراستنا متابعي صفحة أخبار الأغواط. حيث اعتمدنا على العينة المتاحة حيث أتيحت لنا 100 مفردة من مجتمع البحث واستطعنا الوصول إليهم وهم الذين أجابوا على الاستبيان الإلكتروني في صفحة أخبار الأغواط، وتمكنا من الوصول لهم عبر استمارة الاستبيان الإلكتروني، كانت مدة الدراسة ما بين شهري نوفمبر 2022 وماي2023. توصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج أهمها: تعد الصفحات الإخبارية نشاط إعلاميا مهما يعود بالمنفعة على المجتمع، ترفع الصفحات الإخبارية الفيسبوكية من درجة الوعي للمتلقي حول مختلف القضايا، تعتبر الصفحات الإخبارية كوسيط إخباري حقيقي بين المواطن والسلطات المحلية، لصفحة أخبار الأغواط مصداقية لدى المجتمع الأغواطي. الكلمات المفتاحية: مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي – الصفحات الإخبارية – التنمية المحلية.This study aims to identify the role of the Laghouat news page in accompanying the development programs of the state, and to know the most important development programs that are presented through the Laghouat news page, to know the credibility of the news published on the Laghouat news page for the Laghouat community, to reveal the role of the Laghouat news page in accompanying the development programs in Laghouat city The problem of our study revolved around: What is the role of news pages on Facebook (the Laghouat news page) in accompanying development programs in the city of Laghouat The appropriate approach for this study was: the descriptive approach, and the community of our study consisted of the followers of the Laghouat news page.
