التغلغل الايطالي في ليبيا و دوره في التمهيد للحملة العسكرية 1870-1911

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة في الربع الأخير من القرن الرابع عشر بدأت طرابلس الغرب تتعرض لضغوطات قبل إيطاليا، هاته الأخيرة كانت ترغب في إعادة امجاد وذلك بتوسيع وجود بحصولها على المناطق جديدة في شمال افريقيا بحيث وجدت في طرابلس الغرب مثالها الرابع المكان المناسب لتكون مستعمرة مهمة حيث بدأت سنة 1882 في التمهيد للحملة العسكرية بأتباع سياسة التغلغل السلمي، فأرسلت الى طرابلس الغرب العديد من الرجالة والمستكشفين لتوفير المعلومات اللازمة عن الولاية لتسهيل العملية، كما قامت بعقد اتفاقيات سرية مع الدول الكبرى لضمان مصالحها مع طرابلس الغرب كما أنشئت العديد من المدارس بالإضافة الى ارسال البعثات التبشيرية، وذلك من أجل نشر الثقافة الإيطالية ونشر الدين المسيحي ثم شرعت في السيطرة الاقتصادية على المنطقة كإنشاء فروع البنك روما، وقد لقي التغلغل الإيطالي في طرابلس الغرب تصدي كبير، كما عملوا على تحقيق وعي ثقافي في الولاية من خلال انشاء مدارس، وشهد عهدهم صدور عدة صحف معادية لسياسة الإيطالية.
