Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: جاءت دراستنا بعنوان العوامل المؤثرة في انتاج المادة الإخبارية للمراسل الصحفي وانطلقت دراستنا من الإشكالية: ماهي العواملالمؤثرةفي إنتاج المادة الإخبارية لدى المراسل الصحفي؟ حيث افترضنا عدة فرضيات - هناك تأثيرللضغوطالمهنية في إنتاج المادة الإخبارية لدى الصحفي المراسل. - للبيئة التشريعيةوالسياسية تأثير في إنتاج المادة الإخبارية لدى الصحفي المراسل. - للبيئةالاجتماعيةالثقافيةتأثير في إنتاج المادة الإخبارية لدى الصحفي المراسل. - لمهارة ومصادر الصحفي المراسل دور في إنتاج المادة الإخبارية. كما نهدف من خلالالبحث الحالي الى التعرف على اهم العواملالمؤثرةفي إنتاج المادة الإخبارية لدى المراسل الصحفيوفي دراستنا اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي وأداة جمع البيانات تمثلت في الاستبيان لدراسة مجتمع الدراسة المتكون من 20 صحفي بولاية الاغواطحيث توصلنا الى النتائج التالية: هناك عدة عوامل مؤثرة عن الأداء الصحفي للمراسلين نذكر منها العوامل المهنية والسياسية الاجتماعية العوامل المهنية المؤثرة على انتاج المادة الاخبارية للمراسل الصحفي هي:  عدم شعور المراسل الصحفي بأمان المهني  عدم توفر وسائل النقل للتنقل ونقل الاخبار  عدم الحرية في تحرير الاخبار وسوء معاملة المؤسسة الاعلامية  تغيير في الاخبار التي يرسلها المراسل الصحفي وعدم نقلها كما هي او عدم نقلها تماما  عدم تقديم المؤسسات الاعلامية التسهيلات اللازمة للمراسل الصحفي وتدخل المسؤول في مهامه. العوامل السياسية التي تؤثر على انتاج المادة الاخبارية للمراسل الصحفي هي:  التقيد بقوانين وتشريعات الدولة وعدم مراعات الوضع السياسي للبلاد.  قانون الاعلام في الجزائر الذي بحد ويقلص نوعا من مهام المراسل الصحفي.  مبدأ حرية التعبير في المجتمع .  منع المراسل من نقل عدة اخبار وخاصتا الاخبار التي تمس امن الدولة والاخبار العسكرية والمخابراتية وحتى بعض الاخبار السياسية.

Study summary

Our study was entitled: Factors affecting the production of news material by the journalist Our study started from the problem: What are the factors affecting the production of news material by a journalist? We assumed several hypotheses - There is an impact of professional pressures on the production of news material by the correspondent journalist. The legislative and political environment has an impact on the production of news material by the correspondent journalist. - The socio-cultural environment has an impact on the production of news material by the correspondent journalist. The skill and resources of the correspondent journalist play a role in producing news material. Through the current research, we also aim to identify the most important factors influencing the production of news material by the journalist. In our study, we relied on the descriptive approach and the data collection tool represented by the questionnaire to study the study population consisting of 20 journalists in the state of Laghouat, where we reached the following results: There are several factors influencing the journalistic performance of reporters, including professional, political and social factors The professional factors affecting the production of news material for a journalist are:  The journalist does not feel professionally safe  Lack of transportation to move and transmit news  Lack of freedom in editing news and mistreatment of the media establishment  Changing the news sent by the press reporter and not transmitting it as it is or not transmitting it completely  Media institutions not providing the necessary facilities to the press correspondent and the official’s interference in his duties. The political factors that affect the production of news material by a journalist are: • Adherence to the laws and legislation of the state and failure to take into account the political situation of the country. • The media law in Algeria, which limits and reduces some of the duties of a journalist. • The principle of freedom of expression in society.
