Abstract

ملخص إن الثورة الجزائرية " 1954 ـ 1962 " بطابعها التحرري وأبعادها الانسانية وعدالة قضيتها حظيت بالدعم والمساندة ما لم تناله أي ثورة أخرى في العالم، وقد كان هذا الدعم حتى من داخل المجتمع الفرنسي وهذا ما يدل على سمو مبادئها وأهدافها التي انطلقت من أجلها، والتي حركت مجموعة من النخب الفرنسية ضد سياسة بلادهم الاستعمارية ومن بينهم شارل روبير أجيرون الذي يصنف ضمن اليسار الفرنسي الرافض للحرب في الجزائر والاضطهاد الممارس على الشعب الجزائري . هذا المؤرخ الذي يعتبر من الباحثين الفرنسيين المختصين في التاريخ الجزائري المعاصر، وذلك من خلال إنتاجه الفكري الذي يعتبر مصدرا هاما من مصادر تاريخ الجزائر المعاصر.

Abstract The Algerian Revolution (1954–1962) was distinguished by its liberatory character and humanitarian dimensions. Its cause was so just that it garnered unprecedented support and solidarity compared to any other revolution in the world—even from within French society itself. This support reflects the nobility of the principles and objectives upon which the revolution was founded. Among the French figures who opposed France’s colonial policy was the historian Charles-Robert Ageron, a member of the French left who rejected the war in Algeria and opposed the oppression inflicted upon the Algerian people. Ageron is regarded as one of the most prominent French scholars of modern Algerian history, and his intellectual works are considered essential sources in the field
