Abstract
The current study has dealt with the issue of organizational culture and its impact on crisis
management among Sonelgaz workers in Laghouat, so that the subject has been addressed
from both theoretical and practical sides, with the aim of touching it on the ground. Which has
a clear impact and relationship on crisis management in the organization according to mental
management methods and philosophy, so that the latter is exploited in order to form it as a
motive for decision-making, which has to do with the extent of the latter’s coherence in the
internal environment, through the consolidation of the culture that the organization carries for
individuals Its employees, such as appreciation and mutual respect between individuals, are
the product of organizational values, customs, norms, and expectations.
Sonelgaz workers were selected as a study population, where we took a probability sample
estimated at (10) single, and the descriptive analytical method was used, as well as statistical
treatment in percentages
The study also revealed that the existence of a high organizational culture is in the interest of
crisis management through the effectiveness of the human resource and its integration into the
processes of involvement in decision-making and its respect for the laws in order to manage
the crisis of the Corona virus pandemic, and this explains the instructions for health
procedures, as we found that workers Sonelgaz work as a team in order to respond to health
rules at work...
