القواعد المقاصدية المستنبطة من كتاب الاستذكار ابن عبد البر

Abstract

الملخص ; تعتبر القواعد المقاصدية هي الضوابط النظرية والتطبيقية التي تحدد المقاصد العامة و الخاصة وغيرها جملة وتفصيلا .فهي تجمع من مظانها وتؤلفها من جزئياتها للنوازل في العبادات المستنبطة من القران الكريم والسنة النبوية .وذلك بذكر القواعد المقاصديةوهي المقاصد الشرعية معتبرة في اثبات الاحكام والحرج في الشريعة مرفوع وعدم إفضاء الوسيلة الى المقصد يبطل اعتبارها مع ذكر كل قاعدة فيه بيان لكيفية تاثير تلك القواعد على المستجدات في نوازل العبادات المستنبطة من القران الكريم. ثم في اخر البحث ذكر خاتمته و ما تحتويه من اهم النتائج والتوصيات .
