| dc.description.abstract | تناولت ىذه الد ا رسة موضوع واقع استجابة إدارة المنشآت الرياضية ومتطمبات الحوكمة في ولايتي الجمةة وغرداية وىدفيا إظيار درجة إستجابة إدارة مديريتي الشباب والرياضة لياتين الولايتين لمتطمبات الحوكمة وقد تم إعتماد عدة متغي ا رت مرتبطة في مجمميا بسموك الأف ا رد تجاه تطبيق الحوكمة، ومنيا المتغي ا رت الشخصية، فةي المتغير المستغل موزعة عمى متطمبات الحوكمة التي تمثل المتغير التابع لمد ا رسة وقد تم إختيار ىاتو الأخيرة عمى حسب ممكية المنشأة كونيا عامة ذات طابع إداري، وقد تم إعتماد أسموب المسح الشامل لمعينة كون أن مجتمع الد ا رسة ذا حجم صغير،وفيما يخص أدوات الد ا رسة تم إعتماد الإستبيان والمقابمة، بالإضافة إلى تحميل المحتوى وىذه الأدوات تتناسب إلى حد كبير مع الد ا رسات الإجتماعية والاقتصادية والإدارية الحديثة حيث تعتمد عمى الإحصاءات والبيانات الكمية والتي يمكن تةسيرىا تةسي ا ر كيةيا، وىذا يتماشى مع متطمبات المنيج الوصةي التحميمي من خلال م ا رجعة وتحميل واستق ا رء الأبحاث والد ا رسات والمنشو ا رت في ىذا المجال وتقديم وصف شامل ودقيق عن واقع إستجابة إدارة المنشآت الرياضية لمتطمبات الحوكمة. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | This study deals with the reality of the sports facilities management response and the requirements of governance in the states of Djelfa and Ghardaia, and its aim is to show the degree of response of the Department of Youth and Sport to these two states to the requirements of governance. Governance requirements that represent the variable dependent on the study, and the latter was chosen according to the ownership of the establishment, as it is general and of an administrative nature. In addition to content analysis, these tools are largely compatible with modern social, economic and administrative studies, as they depend on statistics and quantitative data that can be interpreted qualitatively, and this is in line with the requirements of the descriptive analytical approach by reviewing, analyzing and extrapolating research, studies and publications in this field and providing a comprehensive and accurate description.
