Abstract

The contemporary world is experiencing deep and rapid changes in its rhythm, whether at the economic and commercial levels, or at the organizational level, or at the technological and cognitive levels, and in the midst of these transformations, the rapid and amazing development of information technology is considered one of the most important of these changes. This study aimed to measure the impact of information and communication technology on economic growth, and in light of these challenges, a successful enterprise is a flexible enterprise capable of maintaining its competitiveness, and gaining a distinguished position in the competitive business environment. The Algerian institution, like other international institutions, is not isolated from these transformations. Therefore, to improve its performance, it is obliged to keep pace with the international and local changes brought about by the phenomenon of globalization, and try to adapt and control the scientific and technological challenges imposed by the information technology revolution.
