dc.description.abstractThis work presents a complete approach to build a supervision system of an industrial oven by PLC (API) Siemens S313C the safety of this oven is controlled by a wired logic, which does not ensure the correct operation, which raises a lot constraint related to operation and maintenance. Our project consists in automating the start-up sequence of this furnace, ranging from GRAFCET modeling, STEP 7(FBD) programming, in order to meet the specifications, simulation, detection and correction of faults to the creation of '' an HMI man-machine interface under the WinCC flexible supervision software, in order to monitor and control in real time.
