Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the formation and its relationship to achievement motivation among the workers of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation (Sonelgaz) Laghouat. It sought to achieve this by answering the following study hypotheses: -There is a statistically significant correlation between formation and its relationship to achievement motivation among the workers of the Central Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation (Sonelgaz) Laghouat. To achieve these objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and a simple random sample of (35) individuals was selected. In this study, the researcher also used a questionnaire consisting of (a composition questionnaire with 20 items) and an achievement motivation questionnaire with 24 items. After ensuring the validity and reliability of the study tool, the data was processed using the SPSS program. There is no statistically significant correlation between formation and achievement motivation among the workers of the Central Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation (Sonelgaz) Laghouat. -1There is a high level of achievement motivation among the workers of the Central Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation (Sonelgaz) Laghouat. -2There are no statistically significant differences in the achievement motivation of the workers of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation (Sonelgaz), Laghouat, due to the gender variable. -3There are no statistically significant differences in the achievement motivation of the workers of the Central Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation (Sonelgaz), Laghouat, due to the variable of age. -4There are no statistically significant differences in achievement motivation among the workers of the Central Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation (Sonelgaz), Laghouat.
