Abstract

The current study aims to know the level of learning motivation among the children of the preparatory departments in Wiam city in Laghouat from the observation of their nannies. The student researcher used the descriptive approach, where the study sample consisted of (13) nannies, and (85) boys and girls, including (40) males and (45) females for the academic year (2020-2021). Who study in the preparatory departments in Laghouat. The observation network was used as a data collection tool, and to address the latter, the following statistical methods were used: Pearson correlation coefficient, Guttmann correction coefficient, percentages, frequencies, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, variance, graph (columns, relative circle) After treatment and analysis, the study yielded the following results: There is the ability to take responsibility, continuity of work, perseverance with competition and a desire to excel, and the ability to master to children of the preparatory departments in Wiam city in Laghouat from the observation of their nannies. Through these results, we say that the level of motivation to learn among the children of the preparatory departments is high, and its decline and height can be measured using the toollearning motivation, preparatory department child, kindergarten nanny.
